Become Certified Foster/Foster to Adopt Parents

Couples and individuals are needed to take children into families to provide love and care during a critical time in the life of a child. Foster parents must be certified by Louisiana’s Department of Children and Family Services.

Become A Court Appointed Special Advocate

Children in foster care are extremely vulnerable and often do not have an adult to speak on their behalf. The solution is a CASA – a specially trained advocate, appointed by a judge, who fights for the rights of children throughout their journey in the foster care system. CASAs speak or meet with their appointed child once a month and attend court hearings on behalf of the child.
