WHY I WORK AT CROSSROADS NOLA:
I believe in the mission of Crossroads to recruit, develop, and support foster families from the faith community. It is exciting to be a part of helping kids from hard places find hope and healing.

I also love movies, learning new things, sunsets, reading a good book, laughing so hard I can’t catch my breath, reminiscing about the past, traditions, and occasions that call for costumes.

Jesus, my kids, foster care & adoption, teaching
MORE ABOUT ME:
In addition to working with Crossroads NOLA, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Professor of Counseling at NOBTS. I am a Louisiana girl – born in Baton Rouge. I grew up cheering for the LSU tigers and have trained my little girls to do the same. I am thankful for my husband whom I have been with for over twenty years. We are beyond grateful God has allowed us to be the parents of our three girls, Ellie, Caroline, & Suzie. Becoming foster and adoptive parents has changed our lives in all the right ways. As a family, we are committed to making a difference for vulnerable children.
